The East Brunswick Symphony Orchestra (EBSO) is a newly established organization dedicated to delivering high-quality musical performances and enriching educational experiences to the community. Created to address an unmet need for community members to experience orchestral music in the heart of NJ, the EBSO’s flagship ensemble of the same name performs throughout the year, showcasing the talents of skilled professional musicians and providing audiences with inspiring and memorable concerts, while the East Brunswick Community Sinfonia (EBCS) invites adult community members to participate in a collaborative and supportive musical environment. The EBSO also offers musical instrument classes to adults, encouraging lifelong learning and participation ranging from professional to beginner levels.
In addition to playing in the professional ensemble since its inception, I serve as a Development Consultant for the EBSO, spearheading all fundraising efforts and consulting the Executive Director on organizational operations overall.

Coda Brass Quintet performs a wide range of repertoire and features the music of traditionally under-represented composers and musicians. As five women who understand the impact of representation, we hope to inspire women and gender-marginalized brass players and aim to be visible and present in our community, from inspiring young brass players through educational outreach and coaching developing musicians, to entertaining audiences of all ages with varied and thoughtful programming.
In addition to being a trumpet player and founding member of the ensemble, I manage many of the group’s behind-the-scenes logistics and planning efforts, including marketing and outreach, content generation, and repertoire research.

PROTESTRA (protest + orchestra) bridges the divide between advocacy and classical music through grassroots orchestral benefit concerts. Started in September 2020, with a new vision for classical music that prioritizes diversity, equity, inclusion, representation, and accessibility, PROTESTRA has held eight issue-centered benefit concerts that reached several thousand in-person and online audience members, raised over $28,000 in audience donations for nonprofit beneficiaries, and provided over $25,000 of paid work to 250+ musicians.
As a Development Organizer for PROTESTRA, I act as an organizational lead on many development-related tasks, including prospect research, grant writing, donor cultivation, and strategic planning.
